I am medically fit to run and understand that I enter at my own risk.  I agree that the organisers will not be liable for any injury, loss, damages, actions, claims, compensations or expenses that might arise in consequence of my participation in this event.  I declare that I am an amateur as defined by the rules.

Should the race be cancelled due to circumstances outside of our control, a refund will not be available; all race receipts following the deduction of expenses, will be donated to charity.
