The first great advantage of circuit training is that you can work at your own individual pace, and therefore our sessions are usually made up from a mix of all ages and abilities. According to a study conducted by the National Athletic Health Institute, after 10 weeks of circuit training lean body weight increased for both male and female subjects and the females significantly reduced body fat.
The NAHI research clearly showed how beneficial Combined Circuit Training can be to our health and consequently our class includes a variety of cardio-vascular and resistance work
